Our Mission

To keep pets with their families and reduce the number of abandoned dogs and cats. We accomplish this by distributing pet food to local food pantries which serve New York families in need.

In 2 years, ARF! has gone from delivering bags of pet food to the Yorkville Common Pantry to having pallets of food delivered to food banks. With our partner, Long Island Cares, pet food is now distributed to over 100 pantries in Nassau and Suffolk.

We're making tremendous progress working with Food Bank For New York City, with 60 pantries now ordering pet food. ARF!'s method for getting pet food to pet-owning families in need is a proven success!
